Spent Easter weekend at a hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it! The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The location was key, being close to everything we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved that the vending machine in the lobby sold snacks and drinks, which came in handy.
On Sunday and Monday nights, the hotel restaurant and reception were closed. We were disappointed as we had intended to eat there on Sunday evening.

WE have no choise since it is the only hotel there while we must go there. Internet is not availble in every room which is not good for bss and traveller.

The hotel was centrally located to downtown and the train station. The staff was responsive to the traveller's needs. The accomodations were good.

We loved the hotel's location near the city center, which made it easy for us to go around and explore this city. The staff members were friendly and really helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

Obliging at reception - see below. Milano Restaurant quite good cooking and variety of menu.
I spoke to them about use of English - first welcoming page of hotel was in English but all the hotel's services were only in German. At all other hotels I stayed in on this tyrip un Germany the instruction booklets were bilingual.

During our conference, we stayed at a hotel that was very near to the city center, which made transportation very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious even though it was a bit chilly, but at least there were heaters. Bathrooms were nice, and vending machines were available on the lobby.
There was not enough water supply in the hotel room. We only received bottles of water twice during our six-night stay.

The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. the hotel was brightly decorated with festive lights, which added to the Christmas atmosphere. The location was also a huge plus, as all the main attractions were within walking distance.
There were a few negatives to our stay. We also didn't receive water every day, only a few times during our 6-night stay.
